Turn Your Genspark Design Export Into a Shareable Web Link

Genspark Design creates the page. HTMLShare turns the exported HTML or ZIP into a clean browser link. Use it for client review, a temporary prototype, or a static handoff without GitHub, Vercel, or a production deploy.

How to publish a Genspark Design

Create in Genspark Design → export HTML or ZIP → upload to HTMLShare → open the preview URL → share.

01

Create in Genspark Design

Finish the landing page, prototype, dashboard, or animation until the canvas version is the one you want to share.

02

Export HTML or ZIP

Use Build it → Website or ZIP, Download Zip, or say “Export as HTML” in chat. Skip PDF, PPTX, MP4, PNG, and Canva for this workflow.

03

Upload to HTMLShare

Sign in for a 5 MB HTML file or 20 MB project. Guest uploads are 1 MB HTML and 3 MB ZIP. Keep index.html findable at the root.

04

Open the preview URL

Check images, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile width before anyone else sees the link.

05

Share

Send the browser URL for client review, a one-off demo, or a stakeholder handoff. Recipients do not need Genspark.

What can Genspark Design export?

Genspark's help center lists Present, Build it (Website / App / ZIP), Download Zip, and chat exports for PDF, PPTX, MP4, PNG, HTML, and Canva. For HTMLShare, use HTML or ZIP.

HTML

Yes

Ask chat to export as HTML, or use a self-contained page from Build it.

ZIP / Website code

Yes, if static

Best input when CSS, JavaScript, images, and fonts are separate files.

App code

Only the static frontend

Auth, data storage, and server routes need a real application host.

PDF

No

Use Genspark Download or a document host.

PPTX

No

Keep slide-deck files in Genspark or a presentation tool.

MP4 / PNG / Canva

No

Those are media or editor formats, not a static website.

Guest uploads: 1 MB HTML, 3 MB ZIP. Signed-in projects: 5 MB for one HTML file, 20 MB for the whole project.

Genspark Design hosting without GitHub

You can publish Genspark HTML and upload a Genspark ZIP without a repository, Vercel project, or Cloudflare Pages setup. That is the right path when you need a prototype link, not a production release.

  • No GitHub account or Pages workflow.
  • No Vercel or Cloudflare production pipeline for the preview.
  • Share the prototype as a URL instead of a file attachment.
  • Keep Genspark as the design tool; HTMLShare only hosts the export.

Genspark Design vs Genspark Build / Cloudflare publish

Genspark Design is the canvas. Build it is the export action that produces Website, App, or ZIP files. Genspark also describes managed hosting and domains through its AI Developer route, which is closer to production. HTMLShare is closer to a temporary preview, client review, static export, and one-off handoff.

Stay inside Genspark

Best fit

Not the job

Use Genspark Share for public or email-restricted project access.

Client review of the exported page

Share the project

Standalone preview URL

HTMLShare shows the static snapshot without the Genspark canvas.

Temporary prototype link

Possible

Best fit

A replaceable noindex preview is enough for an early handoff.

No GitHub or Vercel

Export the files

Upload HTML or ZIP

Neither step requires a repository or a production pipeline.

Custom domain and production hosting

AI Developer / managed host

Not enough

Genspark documents managed hosting separately. HTMLShare is a preview, not a CMS or production runtime.

Auth, forms, or live data

Review before deploying

Poor fit

Genspark says Build it code should be reviewed before production. HTMLShare will not run a backend.

Share a Genspark Design with a client

Genspark Design → export → HTMLShare → browser URL → client. The reviewer should see the page, not the chat that produced it.

Export a review snapshot

Choose the version you want signed off. Later canvas edits will not change an already uploaded preview unless you replace the files.

Send one URL

Clients do not need a Genspark account, Git, or a local folder. Ask one focused question: copy, layout, flow, or mobile.

Keep production separate

A noindex preview is not access control and not a custom domain. Move the approved site to production hosting when it needs operations.

Host a Genspark prototype

Genspark Design can generate UI prototypes, websites, presentations, and animations. HTMLShare fits the static, clickable snapshot of that work.

Landing page or marketing site

Export the finished page as HTML or ZIP and send a browser link for copy, layout, and responsive review.

SaaS dashboard or product flow

Host the static prototype so stakeholders can click through the flow without a Genspark login.

Onboarding or interactive mockup

Share the current interaction as a URL, then replace the files when the next version is ready.

HTML animation or presentation

If the export is HTML, it can run as a page. PPTX, MP4, and PNG still belong in Genspark or a media host.

Genspark Design HTML vs production deploy

Portable HTML is a file you can open and host anywhere. A production deploy also covers domains, CMS, release workflow, and often a backend. Genspark's own guidance is that Build it code runs as-is, but a developer should review it before production — especially for authentication, data storage, or form submissions.

Boundary: HTMLShare publishes static files as noindex preview links. It does not replace Genspark Share, Cloudflare or Vercel production hosting, or an App export that still needs a server.

Common Genspark Design hosting problems

HTML works locally but not online

The page probably references files that were not uploaded, or uses computer-absolute paths. Package the full folder as a ZIP with relative paths.

Share HTML with assets

ZIP looks blank after upload

HTMLShare needs index.html at the ZIP root or in one enclosing folder. Unzip locally and move the inner build folder up if the entry file is nested too deep.

Preview index.html online

Missing CSS or images

Keep stylesheets, images, and fonts next to the HTML with the same relative paths Genspark generated.

Images not showing in HTML

JavaScript not running

Upload the script files, avoid file:// links, and confirm the export is static browser code rather than a server app.

JavaScript not working

External assets blocked

Fonts, CDNs, or images loaded from another origin can fail in a new host. Inline small assets or include the files in the ZIP.

Nested build folder

A Download Zip handoff may wrap the site in extra directories. Flatten until index.html is at the top of the archive you upload.

Recommended ZIP structure

Put index.html where the uploader can find it. Relative paths for CSS, JavaScript, and assets should match this layout, whether the files came from Build it or Download Zip.

index.html
styles.css
script.js
assets/
  hero.png
  logo.svg

If Genspark wrapped the files in a single extra folder, that enclosing folder is fine. If index.html is two or more levels down, flatten the ZIP before upload.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I host a Genspark Design?

Create the design in Genspark Design, export HTML or a ZIP of runnable website files, upload that static output to HTMLShare, then send the preview URL. Recipients open a normal browser link and do not need a Genspark account.

Can Genspark Design export HTML?

Yes. Genspark's help center says you can export HTML by asking for that format in chat. You can also use Build it to generate a Website, App, or ZIP of code, or Download Zip from the top bar after the design completes.

Can Genspark Design export a ZIP?

Yes. Build it can output a ZIP of code, and Download Zip is available in the top bar after generation finishes. For HTMLShare, use a ZIP that contains static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and assets with index.html at the root or in one enclosing folder.

How do I publish Genspark Design online?

Genspark can share a public or restricted project link from the Share control. To host the exported files independently, upload the HTML or ZIP to a static host such as HTMLShare and share that URL instead.

How do I turn a Genspark Design into a URL?

Export HTML or ZIP, keep index.html and relative asset paths intact, upload the files, and copy the generated HTTPS preview link. That is a file-to-URL step, not a custom-domain production launch.

Can I share Genspark Design outside Genspark?

Yes, when you have a portable HTML or ZIP export. HTMLShare publishes that static snapshot as a standalone page. Genspark's own Share link remains useful when reviewers should stay in the Genspark project.

Can I host Genspark Design without GitHub?

Yes. HTMLShare publishes from an HTML file or ZIP upload. You do not need a repository, GitHub Pages, or a CI pipeline for a review link.

Do I need Vercel or Cloudflare?

Not for a static preview. Use Vercel, Cloudflare, or Genspark's managed hosting path when you need production infrastructure, a custom domain, a CMS, or server-side code. HTMLShare is for the exported static files.

Can HTMLShare host a Genspark Design ZIP?

Yes, if the ZIP is static. Guest uploads are 3 MB. Signed-in projects accept up to 20 MB total, with a single HTML file capped at 5 MB. Apps that need a backend, authentication, or a database will not run on HTMLShare.

Can I host a Genspark prototype?

Yes, when the prototype is static HTML. That covers many UI prototypes, SaaS dashboards, landing pages, onboarding flows, and interactive mockups. It does not cover live data, login, or server APIs.

Is Genspark Design HTML static?

The Website and HTML exports are ordinary front-end files you can open in a browser. Genspark also notes that Build it code should be reviewed before production, especially for auth, data storage, or form submissions. Treat HTMLShare as a static preview host, not an application runtime.

What is the difference between Genspark Design and Genspark Build?

Genspark Design is the conversational design canvas for prototypes, websites, presentations, and other creative output. Build it is the in-product export that turns a finished design into a Website, App, or ZIP. Genspark separately describes managed hosting and domains through its AI Developer route. HTMLShare only hosts the static HTML or ZIP you export.

Have a Genspark HTML or ZIP export?

Upload the static files, stay under HTMLShare's 5 MB HTML and 20 MB project limits, and send a browser URL for review.
