Slidev Skill
Turn the output from a Slidev skill, AI coding agent, or Markdown slide workflow into a hosted presentation link. Build the deck, upload the generated files, and share it without setting up Vercel, Netlify, or GitHub Pages.
For built Slidev output: dist folders, ZIP files, index.html, and generated assets.

Slidev skill workflow
A Slidev skill can help create the deck, but the publishing step still needs browser-ready files. HTMLShare is the fast handoff once Slidev has generated the static output.
Step 1
Use your Slidev skill, AI agent, or editor to create slides.md, components, themes, and assets.
Step 2
Compile the presentation locally so Slidev produces browser-ready static files.

Upload the generated dist folder or a ZIP with index.html and all referenced assets included.
Step 4
Send the HTMLShare URL to teammates, reviewers, students, clients, or event organizers.
The most reliable publishing flow is to ask the skill or agent to create the Slidev project, then build it before upload. HTMLShare hosts the generated website output, not the raw source instructions.

Slide controls and interactive components still work
A Slidev skill is usually an AI-agent workflow or reusable instruction set that helps create a Slidev presentation from Markdown, prompts, notes, or source material. After the deck is generated, build it and publish the static output.
HTMLShare does not generate or compile Slidev source files. Use your preferred AI agent, editor, or local Slidev setup to create the presentation, then upload the built dist folder or ZIP to HTMLShare.
Run the Slidev build command, confirm index.html and assets are inside the generated output, upload the dist folder or ZIP to HTMLShare, and share the resulting URL.
Upload the built dist folder or a ZIP of that output. Do not upload only slides.md, because browsers need the compiled JavaScript, CSS, images, fonts, and index.html generated by Slidev.
Yes. If an AI coding agent creates a Slidev project, HTMLShare is a quick final publishing step for the generated browser-ready files.
Build the presentation output, upload the generated files, and share one simple link.
