For the work in progress
A class project does not have to stay inside a laptop folder or a slide deck. Publish the browser-ready version so a teacher, classmate, or reviewer can see the work and the thinking around it.
What you can share
Send a working page instead of screenshots when the interaction, responsive layout, or visual system is part of the assignment.
Give the abstract, process, tools, outcome, and project link a readable home before the final presentation.
Share a small event page, archive, experiment, or portfolio with the people who should respond to it.
Why this workflow works
A browser link lets reviewers experience a web project as a page rather than inferring it from a PDF or image export.
Pair the live artifact with a short project explanation so the reviewer can understand the question, choices, and outcome.
No repository or local server is required for a reviewer to open a static project preview.
A three-step review loop
Use a single self-contained HTML file when possible. If the page references assets, ZIP index.html with the CSS, JavaScript, and images.
Open the preview in a fresh tab and test the mobile layout, asset paths, interactions, and any external project links.
Include the project question or the feedback you want. A clear prompt gives teachers and classmates a better way to respond.
Know the boundary
Use HTMLShare for the review stage. Keep production hosting, private access, connected data, and long-term operations in the systems built for them.
Current plans list Free links for 1 day, Pro for 30 days, and Max as permanent. Check Pricing before using a link as a long-term portfolio URL.
The preview is kept out of search results but is not an access-controlled classroom space. Do not upload private student records or credentials.
A preview can show static HTML and assets. Login, databases, server code, and a permanent public site need another deployment path.
Start from something real
Before you share
No. You can publish a single HTML file or a ZIP of the static project without setting up a repository or local server for the reviewer.
Yes. Use the student portfolio or graduation project template, or upload your own static HTML project and share the preview link.
It depends on the current plan: Free, Pro, and Max have different preview lifetimes. Check the Pricing page before relying on the link for a deadline or portfolio archive.

Ready for the next review
Create a noindex preview link for the static HTML or ZIP project, then move approved work to production when it is ready.
